There is no return on any commission work, however we do offer an exchange or refund within 14 days on some shop bought items. Jewellery ordered through the website is usually made to order and can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered.

All orders are posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery, insured for next day delivery before 1pm within the UK. Shipping options abroad depend on destination. Please enquire.
What ring sizes do you make?
Rings in the shop are offered in UK sizes L, M, N and O. Tina can make most designs in other sizes: use the enquire link on the product page or the contact form and she will advise.
How long will my order take?
Jewellery ordered through the website is usually made to order and can take up to 4 weeks. If you need a piece by a particular date, get in touch first and Tina will confirm what is possible.
How is my jewellery delivered?
All orders are posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured, for next-day delivery before 1pm within the UK. Shipping abroad depends on the destination: please enquire before ordering.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Shop items can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Commissioned and bespoke pieces cannot be returned.
Is the jewellery hallmarked?
Yes. Every precious-metal piece is hallmarked at the London or Birmingham Assay Office, which independently certifies the metal and its purity.
Commissions
Tina often works to commission, creating unique pieces of jewellery to order. She can design and make a bespoke piece, or take inherited jewellery and refashion it.
